about the role

The Purpose: 

Supports the Telecom Sourcing activity by managing and analyzing access quotations selecting the best supplier within the Lead Time to Quote/Lead Time to Order for deals supported by Sourcing.

Main Activities: 

  • Supports Sales by managing the complete quotation process with global carriers to provide timely, optimal quotes.
  • Processes manual quotes for access within the set KPIs. Analyze the reasons for delay and work towards the improvements with the Telco Buyers and PMO.
  • Manages carrier relations, analyses observed costs in order to enhance market knowledge, and prepares negotiations with suppliers
  • Support buyers in cost monitoring related to the gap between pre-sales / post-sales (TCO Variance)
  • Manages Escalation with Carriers, along with Telco Buyers
  • Supports Telco Buyers with quotation tools issues, Invoices, Contracts, etc. and contributes to tool enhancement projects

about you

Qualifications:

  • Project management skills
  • Experience in a telecom procurement environment or similar experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of telecom technologies and market trends
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English both Spoken and Written

Additional skills (Good to have):

  • Industry certifications (CCNA, PMI, CSM...)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • French Language
