Working as a Global IT Support
The Global IT support plays a key role in
supporting internal users across devices and applications while acting as the
primary link between global IT teams and the local business activities. This
role involves proactively identifying local needs, relaying information to
global IT teams, ensuring smooth deployment of IT initiatives, and supporting
the adoption of data and AI tools locally.
The person will facilitate
communication, monitor deployment progress, and escalate issues, when
necessary, without direct project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality IT support remotely and on-site to employees, managing support tickets and resolving issues efficiently according to our SLA or oriented to the right IT expert teams if needed. Take end-to-end ownership of IT issues in your perimeter and keep users updated with progress.
- Manage the Asset Register and the Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) process to ensure accurate device and user data.
- Administer some IT functionalities, create email accounts and distribution groups on collaboration platforms such as Office 365, and
- Support and maintain end-user devices, ensuring compliance with security policies, and oversee workspace setup at offices, including meeting rooms and reception areas.
- Contribute to create and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials.
- Work towards compliancy programs such as ISO 270001 and CE+

What we expect of you
Core Skills
- IT related qualification or have relevant experience with IT support and coordination
- Strong understanding of basic IT support diagnosis and analysis
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
- Windows 10, 11 and Mac experience
- Some knowledge of ISO 270001 or CE+ standards
- A previous experience supporting workspace environments and facilitating deployment activities
