about the role
Strategic Support & Executive Decision-Making
▪
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and data to support strategic business decisions.
▪
Support the drafting and development of high-impact strategic communication materials (internal & external) related to our product vision and initiatives.
▪
Synthesize data & KPIs into concise reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
▪
Orchestrate governance committee preparation and follow-up, ensuring the leadership teams have the insights, data, and narratives needed to drive informed decisions across the full product lines
Program & Delivery Management
▪
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our products portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals.
▪
Empower cross-functional feature teams to deliver on roadmap commitments by driving alignment, proactively resolving blockers, and fostering a high-performance delivery environment.
▪
Lead the operational planning and execution of transformation initiatives, with a focus on scaling delivery processes and improving cross-team collaboration.
▪
Drive operational excellence a across a multi-product and multi-countries ecosystem by embedding scalable, efficient agile ways of working and continuous improvement frameworks.
▪
Manage and coordinate external partners and service providers, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and on-time, high-quality delivery
▪
Serve as a bridge between product, tech, business, and operations to streamline delivery priorities
Budget & Performance Management
▪
Monitor and manage Digital Platforms budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources aligned with strategic goals.
▪
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across product streams to evaluate success, identify risks, and recommend mitigation plan.
▪
Report program status, risks, achievements, and escalations to senior leadership and governance bodies
about you
Profile and Competencies
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Business or equivalent.
Certifications in SAFe and PMP certifications are a plus.
10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or strategic execution roles in tech, media, or digital services.
Proven track record supporting executive leadership, including governance and strategic communications.
Strong experience in leading delivery across cross-functional feature teams using agile frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors or consultants in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product delivery, and operational execution, and requires a strong leader capable of working with agile & cross-functional products teams, countries and support functions (RH, finance, legal, …).
