Purpose of the job
Implementing and enforcing company policies and standards of conduct to ensure a challenging, consistent, fair, firm, healthy, ethical, and productive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the company's core values are being upheld internally and promoted externally to all stakeholders.
2. Develop and administer the Ethics Program aiming to institutionalize business ethics in the corporate culture, nourish responsible behaviors and professional business practices, and ensure a healthy, productive, and ethical work environment.
3. Develop Orange Code of Conduct, draft and review various Human Resources policies.
4. Oversee investigations of misconduct, grievances, or poor performance.
5. Develop and administer the business conduct training sessions to nurture ethical reasoning, shape clear expectations and help employees become more aware of ethical issues.
6. Manage a communication program, People Share, whereby employees can voice their ideas, suggestions, and/or concerns over the Intranet. The tool could be used as a whistle-blowing mechanism as the complainer may send an anonymous message.
7. Report the audit assignments of Orange Group and the external auditors to ensure that all internal controls related to the Ethics function is in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act and the Financial Security Bill requirements.
8. Conduct Ethics awareness campaigns & educate employees of Orange ethical commitments to all stakeholders.
9. Provide on-the-job support/training for new team members while monitoring their performance.
Job Specifications
Education:
1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field of study where the main language of tutoring was English.
2. Masters in Human Resources is a plus
Experience:
Minimum 4 years experience, 2 of which in a similar HR function
Skills:
1. Excellent command of English both spoken & written
2. Very good computer skills
3. Excellent writing skills, judgment & analytical skills
4. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes & meet deadlines.
5. Maturity and solid communication & negotiation skills.
6. Excellent detail orientation.
