about the role
¿ Ensure all data network/Collaboration infrastructure operating at hardware and software release levels recommended by Vendors or at approved levels within Orange Engineering Guidelines.
¿ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the release are ready (development, testing, deployment).
¿ Ensure that proper documentation and communication are in place for each release.
¿ Ensure that proper versioning practices are followed for software or system components being released.
¿ Manage the release notes, ensuring that they reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
¿ Monitor the system post-release to identify any issues or bugs that were not detected earlier.
¿ Review and assess non standard activities submitted by customers/internal teams .
¿ Evaluate the potential impact, risk, and benefits of the proposed changes.
¿ Ensure changes align with business goals and IT strategy.
¿ Perform Feasibility study and risk assessment of new changes
¿ Change catalogue exceptional cases study if needed and optimization
¿ Involved in the initial kick-off of new projects to share concerns/processes for change and release management process
¿ is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of releases/changes, ensuring that software or system changes are deployed effectively and without disruptions.
¿ Organize CAB reviews when needed and on request, emergency CABs to discuss release/change activities
¿ Maintain and publish needed dashboard and monthly reporting on time
¿ Provide KPIs on Change and release activities (Right on time, right first time success).
¿ Improve regularly process (notifications, documentation ...), performing its concept for audit prerequisites. (RFC , PIR ,ATP)
¿ Ensure the release/change process is automated and streamlined for efficiency.
¿ Monitor the release/change for potential issues and act on feedback from the team and stakeholders.
¿ Communicate activity schedules, updates, and issues to stakeholders and customers.
¿ Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to evaluate the release/change and apply any lessons learned to future releases.
about you
Background:

- Engineering, Computer Sciences or Telecommunications degree.
- 4-6 years on IP Telephony experience/ Data services
- ITIL V4 (certificate is a must)
- MS teams /AudioCodes
- CCNA/CCNP collaboration certificate
- MPLS/SDWAN basics
- Project management certificates is a plus
