about the role

Acts as a Digital Solution Champion being able to guide and assist customer usage as well as to educate on new features and best practices.

Activities:

Support & coach customers in their use of digital technologies,

Assists with digital operations & digital changes

Provides advice on new feature benefits & best practices

Builds training support, and leads virtual classrooms

Provides qualitative feedback on customer experience to improve FAQ, Tutorials, and other online help sections


about you

Customer experience oriented

Excellent Communication skills (writing, visually  & verbally) - French and English

Digital native

Able to learn through digital resources to extend knowledge and skills in the use of new digital systems or features.
