about the role

Context & Mission: 

Within the OINIS IT / Activation department, you will join a dynamic and international team responsible for developing applications that deliver and manage network services on both physical and virtual infrastructures.

As part of the development of our RCD (Resource Capability Delivery) component, we are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer who is experienced, autonomous, and proactive, and capable of working in a cloud-native, distributed, microservices-based environment.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues located in Slovakia, Morocco, and France, and contribute to an impactful international project at the heart of network automation challenges.

 

Technical Environment:

  • Languages & Frameworks: Java, Quarkus (microservices framework)
  • Architecture: Cloud-native, Microservices, Containerization with Kubernetes
  • Databases: MariaDB/Postgres
  • Messaging: Kafka
  • Security: HashiCorp Vault
  • CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitOps-based automated pipelines
  • Workflow/Orchestration: BPMN (Camunda or Kogito)
  • Methodology: Agile (Scrum) within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART)

 

Team & Collaboration:

  • Multidisciplinary team of ~6 people including Product Owner, Scrum Master, Tech Lead, Developers, DevOps Engineers
  • Daily collaboration with team members across India, Slovakia, Morocco, and France
  • English is the working language for daily communication, demos, and production support


about you

Profile

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Java backend development (or similar)
  • Proven expertise in full stack development in Agile environments
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures
  • Comfortable working in complex, distributed technical environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate in multicultural teams

 

Key Skills

  • Java / Quarkus – Expert level
  • Microservices / Kubernetes – Advanced level 
  • BPMN / Camunda / Kogito - Good knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Kafka, MariaDB - Advanced level
  • Vault / Security – Appreciated
  • Git, GitLab CI, GitOps – Appreciated
  • Agile / SAFe / Scrum - Appreciated
  • English - Fluent (spoken & written)
