Role Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of complex Pega initiatives in a telecom context. Drive requirement definition, solution design, policy implementation and liaise across business and IT to ensure on-time, high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops with GDO, to capture and refine business requirements
Solution Design: Analyze needs for Pega applications, draft functional specs, impact analyses, and executive briefings
Integration Oversight: Identify dependencies on external systems; coordinate REST/SOAP–based API delivery across IT teams
Lifecycle Deliverables: Produce solution proposals, UAT plans, backlog grooming artifacts and dependency matrices
Policy & Governance: Contribute to Pega governance policies and champion their implementation
Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts/developers, guide technical design, and supervise small workstreams
Backlog & Prioritization: Own the product backlog, set priorities in line with business value, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
Quality Assurance: Validate that delivered solutions meet requirements through rigorous testing and user-acceptance activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years in Business Analysis or Pega consulting/development, including BSS domain exposure
Pega Business Architect (or System Architect) certification preferred
Proven track record across full project lifecycles (requirements, design, test, rollout)
Solid facilitation skills and experience with TMF-aligned processes and APIs
Hands-on knowledge of REST/SOAP, XML/XSD and SQL
Agile/Scrum practitioner; certifications in BA or Scrum are a plus
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
