about the role
Purpose: Manage complex Telco projects, during RFP phases, by providing expertise on connectivity, cost optimization and market trend analysis, supporting Sales to develop business and win deals.
Main activities:
- Act as Sourcing Expert & Project Manager for connectivity
- Qualify the customer connectivity requirements and context with the stakeholders
- Define the Sourcing strategy with the Sourcing Buyers through challenging
- Review, challenge & analyze quotation competitiveness and risk to recommend the optimized solution.
- During post-sales phase, collect agreed customer requests, qualify design change if any and launch quote refresh & renegotiation where required.
- Capitalize on knowledge sharing, lessons learned & contribute to bid process improvement
Main deliverables:
- Build the Sourcing Scorecard (qualification check list) & the Smart Design (mutual agreement between Sales & Sourcing) following the qualification meeting done with the stakeholders
- Complete optimized costs through the quotation tools
- Prepare the Sourcing Deal Input (spend summary & analysis) on time for the deal acceptance & review committees.
