- Hands-On Expertise : Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer with a deep understanding of the platform's architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- Platform Management Knowledge : Expertise in managing on-premises and cloud instances, understanding TCO, and setting up best practices for upgrades, clones, and standardization.
- Strategic Vision : The ability to connect tactical solutions to a broader strategy and long-term vision for the platform.
