To help fuel and manage this growth , we’re looking for someone to join our  talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist that is responsible for the identification and acquisition of finding the exceptional talent.


If you're thoughtful, excellent at articulating a company story, creative in your approach, able to provide excellent care for candidates and advise hiring leaders accurately and effectively while balancing multiple searches simultaneously in a vibrant environment – this could be your dream job!

 

  • Working effectively with peers and manager across the company and manages multiple functions/BUs/countries to ensure the selection process results in quality hires. - Meeting regularly with leaders to understand growth plans and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Uses data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements, to advise a division, set of countries, or subsidiary on the implications of talent gaps.
  • Presents and frames information in a way that speaks to the business needs and influences leaders to embrace differentiated and alternative types of talent (e.g., compete, diverse, non-traditional) that may not be typically considered.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process. Source, recruit, interview and close professionals across a range of Sales, Presales, cloud, IOT and Security talent
  • Develop outstanding sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet ambitious hiring goals
  • Engage applicants from screening process through candidate shortlisting, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Contribute to the talent acquisition leadership team by providing thought leadership on new recruiting tools, processes, policies and procedures.
  • Lead & contribute on various global recruitment Projects i.e. Diversity & Inclusion, employer branding, HM experience, Candidate experience etc.


Oczekiwania

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally in a System Integrator / IT /Telecom company
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
  • Successful track record filling senior and highly complex positions
  • Executive presence with a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining partnerships with our leadership team
  • Highly versed in today's sourcing tools strategies, inclusive of advanced Boolean & X- ray searches.
  • Results driven with a tenacious mentality to multi-task in an agile, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to foresee strategic business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of strategic objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and any other language as an advantage.
  • High self-awareness, coach-ability, resilience and intelligence
