To help fuel and manage this growth in the APAC region, we’re looking for someone to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist that is responsible for the identification and acquisition of finding the exceptional talent across India and possibly across APAC countries i.e. Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, China & Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
•    Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Source, recruit, interview, and close professionals across a range of Sales, Presales, Cloud, IoT and Security talent, etc.
•    Develop outstanding sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet ambitious hiring goals
•    Engage applicants from the screening process through candidate shortlisting, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
•    Working effectively with peers and managers across the company and manage multiple functions/BUs/countries to ensure the selection process results in quality hires. Meeting regularly with managers to understand growth plans and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.
•    Uses data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements, to advise a division, set of countries, or subsidiary on the implications of talent gaps.
•    Presents and frames information in a way that speaks to the business needs and influences stakeholders to embrace differentiated and alternative types of talent (e.g., compete, diverse, non-traditional) that may not be typically considered.
 


Oczekiwania

•    A minimum of 5 years recruiting experience
•    Knowledge of APAC talent market specially India.
•    Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience.
•    Has recruitment experience in IT / Telco industry will be an added advantage
•    Highly versed in today's sourcing tools strategies, inclusive of advanced Boolean & X-ray searches.
•    Executive presence with a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining partnerships with our leadership and hiring. 
•    Ability to foresee strategic business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools in support of strategic objectives.
•    Able to work in a fast-phase environment.
