Internal & External Communication Manager

- Providing the necessary support, advice and expertise to some members of the OINIS Executive Committee and top management regarding their internal communications needs, and work cross-functionally with the rest of the internal communications team.

- Highlighting activities to create employee engagement and onboarding on the strategic vision of the entity

- Participate in the global OINIS communication effort :

- Promoting our activities on internal and external media of our stakeholders (Orange Wholesale & Orange Business & Orange Group).

- Supporting the Communication Director with external communication projects.

• Clear communication roadmap for Excom members while avoiding the silo effect : this includes organizing All hands calls, creating accessible digital repository and supporting some events locally.

• Write article, produce videos, interviews

• Contribute to key milestones of the OINIS communication roadmap : OINIS Awards, OINIS en Direct, Monthly newsletters, and other digital communication projects

• Participate in some governance meetings with our stakeholders and propose content.

• Create content for social networks and websites, draft press releases and convey our network transformation strategy to our customers and external targets.

• Gather and collating strategic elements of language to promote our key projects, within the framework of customer newsletters, or prepare applicatons for industry ‘Awards’ or analyst days.
