Our Team
Within Orange Business International, the Commercial Strategy team collaborates with the central marketing and regional Communication and Digital Services teams to develop our commercial strategy and determine the best products to offer internationally.
Our mission is to drive a focused & profitable portfolio of products and services that align with our regional capabilities. We also contribute to global strategic and annual plans, translating them into our regional contexts while ensuring we learn from customer feedback to accelerate product improvement and identify areas for improvement, to support the achievement of our commercial/ strategic goals.
About the role
As part of the Commercial Strategy team, you will play a key role in aligning Orange Business strategy and International/regional strategic plans to reach the goal of sustainable, profitable growth.
Your role will be instrumental in coordinating the strategy process in International (with the regions, but also with central), while supporting and challenging regional perspectives. This position involves interpreting market intelligence to identify key target regions, segments, and verticals. You will also drive the development of the marketing plan with the Strategic Marketing team. You will ensure that the plan aligns with regional plans and customer needs; and contains an associated meta-roadmap to support these needs.
You will drive the International Strategic Plan, implement key strategic projects (eg channel strategy, portfolio simplification, channel transformation, margin growth, customer base growth…), with a focus on Product projects: innovation, portfolio evolutions, growth plans...

This role requires:
- understanding of Orange Business strategy and solutions/ portfolio
- understanding of International customers’ business context is a plus
- ability to drive strategy projects + solid project management skills
- ability to understand market & sales intelligence and integrate these insights into regional and international strategic plans
- ability to engage cross-functional and cross-regional communities
- ability to manage key stakeholders in the regions in a transversal, dotted-line manner
- proficiency in English as the business language; French is a bonus for interactions with business lines

- Base salary from 2 410 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
