About the role

 

We’re searching for Lead Architect having experience on designing, implementing, and managing Cloud solutions to join our Service Delivery team.

 

This role requires a deep understanding of cloud services, application & tool integration, best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

The role involves leading strategy, assessing cloud platforms, providing expertise in cloud application, and ensuring the overall security, scalability, and efficiency of the enterprise cloud application environment. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of public, private, and hybrid cloud models and will drive innovation by leveraging emerging cloud technologies.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of cloud solutions: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architectures, aligning with business goals. This includes designing and implementing secure cloud architectures, managing cloud resources, and implementing best practices for availability, scalability, disaster recovery and cost optimization. 
  • Cloud Integration Solution: Develop and implement comprehensive cloud application integration strategies that align with business goals and technology roadmaps. Architect and integrate various cloud services (e.g., serverless, containers, databases, and storage) with applications and external systems.
  • Web application architecture: design and oversee the architecture of web applications ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices and standards are followed. Stay up to date with latest trends and technologies in application development.
  • Observability solution and tool integration Develop and implement the observability solution to enable real-time visibility into application performance, infrastructure health, and end-user experience. Design and build an observability framework, including metrics, logs, and traces for cloud-native and hybrid environments. Define the roadmap for observability tools, platforms, and integrations, ensuring they align with business goals and scalability requirements.
  • Presales and client interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and support presales team to propose solution. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities.
  • Strategy and Governance: Develop governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, security, cost management, and operational excellence. Define standards and best practices for deployments, focusing on automation, performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, DevOps/DevSecOps, applications, and business teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards. Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve services.
  • Project management: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Security, risk, and compliance Ensure that all cloud solutions comply with relevant data protection, security policies, regulations, and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2). Implement robust security measures, including encryption, identity and access management, and threat detection mechanisms.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: You will be responsible for documenting procedures and sharing knowledge with other team members. This includes creating technical documentation, conducting training sessions, and providing guidance on best practices. You should create and maintain documentation related to the infrastructure, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans.


Oczekiwania

This is a customer-facing role and is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and having problem solving mindset. You should be ready to work in customer time zone and during off business hours to manage operations.

 

Work experience:

Ideally you should have 5+ years relevant experience in large scale Cloud operations, having minimum 12 years of industry experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech/MCA/ B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Azure DevOps Solutions 
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect
  • Enterprise architecture certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman Certified Architect, or Certified Information Systems Architect (CISA)
  • integration platform certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Dell Boomi Architect) are a plus
  • ITIL certification 

 

 

 

Skill profile:

  • Technical skills:
    • Strong expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), data architecture, security, and integration frameworks
    • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and infrastructure as code 
    • Proven experience on database (SQL, no-SQL)
    • Experience working with DevOps and SRE practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) 
    • Expertise in automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform.
    • Strong experience with machine learning, data analytics, and applying AI technologies to solve operational challenges.
    • Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practices and tools
    • Strong understanding of  FinOps practice and implementation
    • String in Network and security concepts 
    • Proven experience on Observability tools , AIOPS 
    • Proven experience in digital tools architecture design aligned with business needs and technology strategy. 
    • In depth knowledge of Tool Integration to Identify, evaluate, and integrate new digital tools and platforms to enhance the organization's capabilities

  • Analytical skills: should have strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: The candidate should be able to adapt to changing situations and requirements and be able to learn new technologies quickly
