Twoja rola

  • Engage Customer Account and Project Teams early in the deployment stage to understand expectations 
  • Provide insights on correct engagement models and possible reasons for delays 
  • Identify and address potential issues in the ordering and deliveries 
  • Liaise between Customer Teams and internal process and operations teams to meet special requirement 
  • Provide dedicated support on customer escalations 
  • Subject Matter Expert in CPE procurement and delivery management
  • Build strong interlock between major customer account, project teams and SC operations 
  • Translate customer needs in operational requirement for effective execution by service providers & / or OEMs
  • Consult Customer Account and Project team from ordering to delivery to run phase
  • Drive Customer specific CI projects for cost reductions and optimization
  • Escalation, Exception and Problem Management for customer specific issues
  • Stakeholder collaboration and alignment, Team leadership, development & evolution
  • Coach and Guide to Major Customer Management team
