Data Quality Data Lake

Purpose of the job

Assure Enterprise data reliability, integrity, and availability for business reporting by defining and applying proper data quality measures across all relevant data objects , flows, systems and repositories and by taking proper preventive and reactive actions to ensure data quality related KPIs are met.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies and processes that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
2. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets which could indicate possible quality problems/issues and advise on possible resolutions.
3. Filter and clean data, and review regularly produced reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
4. Identify, document, and maintain all Data Flows from sources to DWH, and ensure proper quality checks and alarms are in place and are being regularly monitored.
5. Continuously work with sources owners and operational teams in enhancing the data loading , integrity, and completeness objectives.
6. Responsible for Data quality KPIs ( data reliability , integrity, availability ).

Job specification

Education

Bachelor Degree in engineering or computer science

Experience

1. 0 to 2 years of experience
2. Data warehousing and data quality assurance in IT or telecom is a plus

Skills and Abilities

• Fluent English and Arabic is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent

• Detail-oriented and process oriented.
• Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles.
