Missions & Activities:
In close collaboration with the managers of the CDN SERVICES department, your role will involve:
- Managing a portfolio of projects within the CDN SERVICES team, ensuring proper coordination within departmental teams and with internal and external partners.
- Working daily with various contributing departments: CDN engineering & operations teams, marketing/sales teams of Orange Wholesale International (OWI), subsidiaries, OINIS operations, and the CDN provider.
- Organizing and planning project execution from conception to completion, leveraging internal or external expertise.
- Mobilizing and managing resources to achieve project objectives (cost, quality, functionality, deadlines).
- Implementing procedures and/or tools for better project tracking and management (deliverables, scheduling, resources) using an "agile" methodology. Tools: Confluence, Jira, etc.
- Leading and participating in rituals/ceremonies (PIP, core team workshops, etc.).
- Being responsible for risks attributable to the CDN SERVICES department and proposing solutions.
- Handling operational escalations that may slow down the project.
- Contributing to the establishment of procedures for better interfacing with partner entities of the CDN SERVICES department.

Expected Skills:
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with project management methods.
- Agile project management with associated tools & rituals.
- Knowledge of IP technologies (IP/routing, TCP/UDP/ICMP, DNS, NTP, etc.).
- Understanding of operational network engineering.
- Proficiency in English.
Skills:
- Knowledge and practice in deployment project management.
- Supplier management (timelines, contracts).
Personal Attributes:
- Organization, leadership, diplomacy, pedagogy & communication, flexibility.
- Feedback, cross-functional management, ability to take a step back, autonomy, imperative framework posture.
- Ability to communicate and work in a multicultural environment at different levels, in French and English.
