Purpose of the job
To manage and maintain Oracle database and Application
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain Oracle Database
- Conduct Database daily backup
- Application & Database Clone
- Recompiling Invalid Object
- Purging concurrent requests
- Table space management
- Gather statistical schema
- Delete the template files on a weekly basis
- Applying patches
Job specification
Education
- Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science from a recognized university.
Experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in Oracle Database administration with setup, design, implementation, and configuration.
- Experience in Oracle database administration, database maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite administration.
- Experience in managing Oracle Backup and Recovery Administration.
- Experience in managing Oracle Backup and Recovery using the RMAN with all needed policies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Very Good knowledge in Linux/Windows operating systems.
Skills and abilities
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong Customer Orientation.
- Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
- Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
