about the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our company's product go to market and improve customer engagement. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including central products & marketing, sales, regional SVP leaders to ensure the successful launch, promotion and continuous improvement of our products and strategic value propositions
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, leveraging centrally provided intelligence.
- Product Positioning: Fine-tune messaging together with the SVP leaders on product value propositions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, in strong collaboration with SVP leaders.
- Campaign Management: Design and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.), leveraging centrally designed campaigns by Orange products & marketing.
- Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell the product, in connection to central Product & Marketing teams of Orange.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Analyze commercial and financial performance vs ambitions & implement corrective actions where needed,
- Customer Base Mngt & Targeting : define target markets for NEW customers + implement Upsell campaigns on existing customers
- Transformation projects : contribute to global transformation projects & act as a regional SPOC for these projects,
about you
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science/Information technology discipline.
- Proven minimum experience of 10 years in strategic marketing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy in a technology company is a must
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market research data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
