Twoja rola
- Conducting interviews with foreign-language employees or Poles working in an international environment about their experiences in cooperation with Orange Polska (employment, onboarding, development)
- Testing tools that can support foreign-language employees or those working in an international environment
- Preparing proposals for changes/recommendations in identified areas
- Implementing selected solutions (e.g. testing changes or preparing language versions of selected documents)
Oczekiwania
- Communication and teamwork skills: you will collaborate with experts in various fields in Polish and English.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions from the information gathered.
- Good work organization and self-reliance: it is important that you are able to plan your tasks effectively and work independently.
- Out-of-the-box thinking in proposing new solutions
- Ability to use artificial intelligence chat (in Orange we have Dinootoo)
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish (optional French)
