About the Role
As a Financial Analyst partner you will play a crucial role in ensuring that financial data is accurate, reliable, and aligned with the strategic objectives of Orange Business.
- Your main mission of as a Financial Analyst partner is to support the financial health and growth of the organization. This role aims to enhance data integrity, facilitate informed decision-making through thorough analysis, and foster collaboration among teams, ultimately contributing to the organization's strategic objectives.
- As Financial Analyst partner, I will support the mutualization and standardization of activities within at Orange Business at Group level
Job Description
As a Financial analyst partner within Mutualized Analyses & Support team you will be responsible of:
Mutualized Controlling
- Cooperate & support controlling.
- Monitor & coordinate proper month end activities
- Monitor & coordinate semestrial activities (Proforma)
- First level of analysis (exp :highlight the areas to investigate)
- Produce centrally analysis and reports to support decision of various stakeholders
Acting as a Single Point of Contact
- Own the process to provide correct and quick responses.
- Act as a bridge between teams to ensure smooth information flow (Information regarding calendars for example for Budget and Closing , assisting to Support calls on Planning analytics )
- Maintain documentation of interactions, decisions, and key updates ( exp RACI matrix update )
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution
- Be the key point of contact for the reports and dashboards within your scope of responsibility ( for ex : Reports on General Expenses & SG&A)
Promoting Data quality :
- Ensures accurate financial data, enabling informed strategic decisions. (Launch comparison between different tools )
- Share first level analysis with Finance community and other Stakeholders
- Identify proactively issues through analyses (ex: perform impact assessment and regular checks …)
- Prepare corrections respecting the defined Governance. ex (Proforma journals)

Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Required Skills:
- Strong capabilities to structure and organize tasks, exhibit rigor and reliability in all activities.
- Excellent collaboration skills, including effective communication and listening capabilities; able to facilitate discussions, gather information, and share best practices.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to engage with various topics.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams while also being a capable individual contributor.
- Knowledge on controlling activities (Closing & Budget)
- Preferred Skills:
- Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with financial modeling. (Quick decision-making , Ability to escalate issues appropriately)
- Interpersonal & Stakeholder Management Skills (Building relationships, Conflict resolution and negotiation skills, Empathy and diplomacy)
- Technical & Process Knowledge (Knowledge in Magnitude, IBM PA are a plus)
Qualifications, Education and Certifications
- Education:
- Master’s degree in finance or business administration is preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in finance or related roles, preferably in financial analysis or reporting.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and contributing to organizational financial strategy.
- Experience related to data quality is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with EPM ( IBM Planning Analytics), PowerBI is an advantage
Languages:
- Fluent professional in English & French

- base salary from 1 640 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience. Please mind that the salary is only relevant for Slovakia Location.
