about the role
The Automation & AI Engineer will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation and AI-driven solutions to optimize daily operational activities within cybersecurity operations. This role focuses on streamlining repetitive tasks, enhancing decision-making, and improving overall efficiency using scripting, automation tools, and AI capabilities such as natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess operational processes suitable for automation or AI-driven enhancements.
Design and implement automation scripts, bots, or workflows using tools like Python, Power Automate, or UiPath.
Leverage AI/ML models or services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, or custom models) to enhance operational workflows.
Build and deploy intelligent assistants or chatbots to support frontline teams.
Integrate automation solutions with platforms like ServiceNow, internal dashboards, and reporting tools.
Collaborate with operations teams to understand use cases and deliver tailored automation/AI solutions.
Monitor, maintain, and improve automation systems for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
about you
Required Skills
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
Experience with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Ansible, Zapier).
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with AI APIs (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, Hugging Face).
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Experience working with IT operations or cybersecurity teams is a plus.
Ability to translate business needs into technical automation or AI solutions.

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
UiPath RPA Developer Foundation
Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
ITIL 4 Foundation (for process alignment)
