about the role

  • Build solutions based on ServiceNow platform. Incorporation of  platform-specific mechanisms into the solutions concept.
  • Participation and consultations in design and solution concept creation.
  • Understanding and implementing workflows, business rules, client scripting, and other aspects of ServiceNow to create impactful business solutions.
  • Development as key member of the development team (possible leadership in development process)
  • Design and development of integration mechanisms, including cooperation with other systems teams
  • Support for Business Analyst
  • Close cooperation with Solution Architect
  • Documentation of development process and  products e.g. service, processes, policies, use case, workflow and the others
  • Take part in continuously improvement of services and processes - through regular analysis, maintenance, system optimization and problem resolution.
  • Support of incidents and problem management process as 3-rd supporting line

about you

  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Technical platform scope knowledge in practical aspect - modules, applications, mechanisms
  • ServiceNow Developer skills in citizen and developer mode: data, experiences, logic, security, integration
  • Leadership in concepts and solution vision building based on ServiceNow landscape
  • User interfaces design and setup - Services Portal
  • Scripting in JavaScript with Service Now specificity.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator  and Implementation Specialist skills
  • Integration experience - implementing interfaces between ServiceNow and other applications
  • Reports building - experience in implementing reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics
  • Excellence in transferring business requirements and solution architecture into technical solution design: mix of analysis, architecture, design approach to issues solution process and cooperation with Business Analyst and Architect
  • Lead experience
  • Methodology - experience in working with SCRUM teams in JIRA and ServiceNow tools
  • Familiarity with Team Development code repository pull/push mechanisms in ServiceNow
  • Product backlog design & estimation experience
  • Risks identification and mitigation - especially technical and project
  • Flexibility to adapt design and estimation to scope changes - planning
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design, Release Manuals
  • Tests support - excellence in cooperation with Test Lead and Testing Team, Business Analyst, External Technical Teams, Project Team.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have skills:

  • Communicative French
  • Solution Architecture design ability
  • GBS services scope and specificity; accent on financial services
  • Experience in leading Technical Releases between instances incl. release plan, tracking and communication
