about the role

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager with a strong background in Salesforce and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) delivery models to lead development and management of enterprise-grade applications, with exposure to Pega-based and low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project ownership from requirements gathering through delivery, stakeholder engagement, platform integration, and application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage PaaS or Pega application development projects with a focus on delivery excellence, process efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirement clarity and timely execution
  • Manage and monitor all phases of the project lifecycle – requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives as part of Agile delivery methodology
  • Ensure governance of quality standards, risk tracking, and mitigation for all releases
  • Oversee integration of Pega based applications with Orange Business Systems
  • Support team in translating business requirements into user stories, functional specs, and solution designs
  • Own the UAT and end-user enablement activities including training, documentation, and ongoing support from team
  • Engage in performance monitoring, incident resolution, and change request management across application landscape

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years in application development, project management, or technical business analysis
  • Proven experience in SaaS/ PaaS application management with functional exposure to any similar BPM/PaaS platform
  • Expertise in managing business-critical enterprise applications within any domain
  • Strong command over Agile tools like Jira, GitHub
  • Understanding of DevOps practices for cloud-native or PaaS solutions
  • Stakeholder management, risk control, and project governance experience
  • Excellent communication, training, and team leadership abilities
