about the role
- Support systems and manage equipment/software by performing required configuration, installation, maintenance tasks for large and complex infrastructure
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, hardware, storage and backup incidents on multi-tiered infrastructures
- Create and maintain relevant technical documentation and devise operating procedures or Technical Instructions for IT systems
- Prepare Request For Change and Operations plan for major changes on customer INFRA
- Implement proactive checks on customer INFRA and monitor capacity or issues
- Initiate problem cases with level 3 or vendors
- Provide regular reports to management on clients Infrastructure
about you
- Experience with Virtualization technologies like VMware
- VMware (VCAP5\6-DCA), Solaris, Linux certifications would be an advantage, but not required
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware, operating systems, storage, backup hardware and associated network equipment
- Strong understanding of server virtualization infrastructure concepts and tools
- Troubleshooting skills on physical and virtualized equipment
- Filesystem , Data stores and LUN Manipulation

- Salary :Range : Depending on experience + other benefits
- Meal Allowance, Car Allowance, Inconvenience hours + On call allowance
- Bonus twice a year
- Overseas training or other training will also be provided as deemed necessary
