about the role

  • Support systems and manage equipment/software by performing required configuration, installation, maintenance tasks for large and complex infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, hardware, storage and backup incidents on multi-tiered infrastructures
  • Create and maintain relevant technical documentation and devise operating procedures or Technical Instructions for IT systems
  • Prepare Request For Change and Operations plan for major changes on customer INFRA
  • Implement proactive checks on customer INFRA and monitor capacity or issues
  • Initiate problem cases with level 3 or vendors
  • Provide regular reports to management on clients Infrastructure


about you

  • Experience with Virtualization technologies like VMware
  • VMware (VCAP5\6-DCA), Solaris, Linux certifications would be an advantage, but not required
  • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware, operating systems, storage, backup hardware and associated network equipment
  • Strong understanding of server virtualization infrastructure concepts and tools
  • Troubleshooting skills on physical and virtualized equipment
  • Filesystem , Data stores and LUN Manipulation

  • Bonus twice a year
  • Overseas training or other training will also be provided as deemed necessary
