Overall accountability & responsibility

• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for digital integration solutions.
• Conduct initial discovery calls and meetings with potential customers to understand their business requirements, pain points, and digital integration needs.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, including the practice head, delivery team, and solution architects, to design and develop custom digital integration solutions that meet customer needs.
• Overseeing the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring they are integrated smoothly and effectively with existing systems and processes.
• Ensuring that digital solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop detailed proposals, presentations, and proof of concept demonstrations that clearly articulate the benefits and value of the proposed digital integration solutions.
• Conducting product and solution demonstrations for potential customers to showcase the features and functionality of digital integration solutions.
• Responding to RFPs (request for proposals) and RFIs (request for information) from potential customers with detailed proposals and solutions.
• Supporting the sales team in negotiations and closing deals by providing technical and solution expertise.
• Collaborating with the delivery team to ensure successful handoff of the project from the presales phase to the delivery phase.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital integration technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure that proposals and solutions are cutting-edge and innovative.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders involved in digital integration projects.
• Analyzing data and metrics to measure digital solutions' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

Staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and trends and evaluating their potential impact on the organization's operations and processes.
