The Intl. Human Resource Business Partner consults and partners with key stakeholders within OINIS and to create and implement HR policy and practices. He/she provides HR insights, guidance and propositions to the business and relevant .  The objective of this role is provide valuable inputs to strategic decisions to M1 and M2’s of OINIS affecting the operations & growth of a company. Utilizing clarity of vision, ability to catalyse innovation, speed of decision-making combined with strategic competence for the ability to drive excellence in execution for the betterment of the OINIS organization.

  • Establishing a strong, positive relationship with related business management, stakeholders and PDL partner(s.)   Responsible for creating deep business intimacy in partnership mode.     
  • Creating, driving and monitoring functional workforce across all regions (APAC, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa region) business verticals to meet business requirements
  • Strong Focus on performance Management and Supporting compensation reviews to ensure consistency and fair decisions especially in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes across all regional businesses. Also ensuring those decisions are market and performance-based
  • Partnering with business vertical to embed and evolve the people element of the business strategy – key aspects include retention, training and development -morale of the workforce
  • Responsible for building a performance culture and ensuring the performance management processes are implemented in the right spirit.
  • Develop projects on competency mapping and building expertise for futuristic skills across APAC, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa region based on location strategy
  • Talent management, employee development, talent retention, succession planning
  • Contribute to Manage Expat and international mobility across various locations of Orange.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years related work experience with minimum 1-2 years in Leadership role.
  • Transversal project management experience.
  • Bilingual: English and French (preferable)

Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Masters in business, IT, or science (or other relevant areas).
