Job Description:

As a Genesys IVR Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our Genesys IVR system. You will be responsible for monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and implementing configuration changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring: Monitor the Genesys IVR system for performance issues, alerts, and errors.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve system incidents promptly and effectively.
• Configuration Management: Implement and maintain configuration changes to the Genesys IVR system.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as development and network operations, to ensure seamless system integration.

Required Skills and Experience:

• We seek fresh engineers from 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of Genesys IVR components (ACD, IVR, CTI, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good programming knowledge (e.g., Java, JavaScript,SQL,PL/SQL)
