  • Drive and manage CTIO application crises and major incidents
  • Execute Problem Management process based on ITIL processes for CTIO applications (500+ application with diversity of business services and infrastructure
  • Driving problem resolution activity in coordination with Software factory, Infrastructure, Engineering, Suppliers, and parallel problem management teams as required.
  • Build Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage the implementation of definitive solutions and improvement actions
  • Lead and manage Service Improvement Plan and transversal projects
  • Lead and coordinate meetings as well as performing necessary post meeting communications, actions tracking and follow-up
  • Create and maintain documents in knowledge base
  • Generalizing preventive actions across systems by providing Proactive Problem Management.
  • Proactively analyzing output from monitoring and supervision tools, and application response time/performance study.
  • Present and explain the resolved RCA documents to different stakeholders and top management
  • Act as CTIO change manager in specific situations


votre profil

  • University degree in Computer Science/Engineering related field.
  • Fluent in English and French is a must
  • 5+ years of experience in Application/IT enterprise.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of ITIL framework and problem management techniques
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Agile methods and project management
  • Excellent knowledge in application support, architecture and life cycle knowledge
  • Good technical knowledge in Cloud, Containerization (Kubernetes), Operating Systems and Databases
  • Strong interpersonal skills including strong verbal, written communication, presentation and excellent listening and decision making skills are required
  • ITIL certification and technical certification in at least one of the following domains (Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Database or software development).
  • Kepner – Tregoe certification is a plus
