Job brief
We are seeking a reliable, hard-working candidate with strong attention to detail and eager to learn about new technologies and business issues. Able to work well both on his own and as a part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Handle service offers for all Triple play locations.
- Implement the required service requests like suspension and reactivation of users in addition to all accounting cases.
- Follow up on clients to close leads.
- Respond to all client's complaints and inquiries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Represent Triple Play team in exhibitions and events.
- Handle with high proficiency all related digital tools ex. CRM, Tracer & Siebel applications.
- Advise and offer triple-play product to the customers
- Online direct connection with Triple Play marketing team to advise with the tailored offers based on the customer needs and expectations
- Carry out up-selling and cross-selling techniques in order to increase revenues.
- Maintain task delivery and meet deadlines.
- Maintain customer service standards to keep Orange's image
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
