votre rôle

  Provide Level-3 (Expert) support for products in scope
• Design, Implement and integrate new technologies
• Provide Knowledge Transfer to Level-2 teams
• Provide On-Call support to Level-2 on request basis
• Product Industrialization (Market watch, Product Study, Release Management, L2 Knowledge Transfer, Service Management)
• Validate the customer requirements & work on the customer design & Prepare the Low Level Design
• Provide support to the Pre-Sales teams for validating the build process
• Build & Integration support for complex customer projects
• Perform the initial Deployment and Validation of software/hardware
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all major problems
• Regular uploads of Problem Record details in our entity Known Error Database


votre profil

- Strong familiarity with monitoring tools (Ex. Zabbix , Canopsis , MS SCOM & monitoring testing scenarios solutions (EKARA IP Label , ... ) .                                                                                      - Very good understanding for OS Administration (Linux RedHat), Ansible , Coding (PHP, Python, Java), Network Knowledge (CCNA preferred), DB Administration (PostgreSQL/MySQL), DevOps (GitLab), and Monitoring concepts.
- Good understanding of VMware Technologies and MS Windows server  .
- Good Presentation skills.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation).
- Very good communication skills.

Educational background:
- Computer, Communications or Electronics B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.
- Soft Skill/Business Courses (Time management, facilitation skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills ...) is a plus.

Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of IT professional experience.

Languages:
English, perfect Written and Spoken
French is a plus
