Mission: To drive the successful execution of HR & corporate initiatives that align with the organization's vision for HR transformation, thereby improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
Main Activities:
- Lead implementation projects within HR perimeter, working with technical and internal customer teams to ensure successful launch.
- Analyze current data flows in global and local tools to determine if streamlining will improve data integrity and processes.
- Gather requirements for new business needs and system enhancements to facilitate efficient development and testing processes. Strong bilingual skills in French and English are critical
- Coordinate with different stakeholders across Orange Business to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with other corporate tool owners to simplify processes for managers & employees
- Perform User Acceptance Testing on new functionalities to ensure it meets user needs
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Consult with internal customers (HR BPs, Local HR, Core HR teams, Finance, Legal, managers) to determine how to achieve business needs
votre profil
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations or specialty areas such as Compensation and Recruiting.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across transversal teams.
- Strong bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and French, are critical
- Deep knowledge of core HR tools and an understanding of how these tools can be integrated.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail, especially in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on professional communication.
- Knowledge of Orange Business & data analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from HR data are preferred
- Strong listening skills so that business needs can be identified and clearly articulated to technical team
- Certification in project management or specialized areas within HR is preferred
