About the Role

 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Transverse Program Manager to lead strategic cross-functional programs, drive communication efforts, and support global governance within our Telco Cloud transformation journey. The person will have an additional role as the site lead for the Telco cloud team based in Morocco.

This role is a hybrid position:
- 50% PMO: Establishing governance, driving alignment, and ensuring project execution across a portfolio of initiatives.
- 15% Communication: Structuring and leading internal communication strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and coordination.
- 25% Global Program Management: Leading complex programs with a transformational impact across multiple technical domains.

10% Site Lead for Telco Cloud Team in Morocco.

 

 

You will engage with multicultural teams based in the US, Brazil, Morocco, Egypt, France, and Slovakia. English is mandatory.

 

Job Description

Project & Program Management

- Manage transverse projects migration and infra optimization.

- Support other managers in building processes for customers projects on-boarding.

- Optimize processes to streamline our projects delivery and define and ensure compliance with delivery lead times.

- Define roles, responsibilities, and workflows across teams.
- Manage end-to-end planning: lead times, capacity, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Drive industrialization and automation efforts in product delivery.

Strategic Communications

- Develop internal communication plans to enhance transparency and collaboration.
- Create high-impact content: presentations, reports, dashboards.
- Act as a communication bridge between global teams and top management.

- Support on different communication events (webinar, sharing session, all hands, external events, etc.). 

Transformation & Innovation

- Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Telco Cloud transformation.
- Identify improvement opportunities, challenge the status quo, and foster innovation.
- Support capacity management and cost optimization initiatives in a competitive market.

- Drive operational excellence and lead digital transformation initiatives.

 

Site Lead for Telco Cloud Team in Morocco

Additional Mission: Site Lead for Telco Cloud Team in Morocco
The selected candidate will also act as the Site Lead for the Telco Cloud team based in Morocco. This team includes members from various Telco Cloud sub-teams. As Site Lead, the person will:

  • Ensure regular coordination with the team managers based in France regarding activities and priorities,
  • Foster team spirit and cohesion across the different local teams,
  • Support employee well-being and engagement,
  • Animate and connect the teams through local initiatives and communication,
  • Identify local talents and key competencies,
  • Support recruitment efforts by identifying suitable profiles to join the Telco Cloud organization.

- Proficiency in structuring and executing strategic projects: timelines, effort, cost, risk.

- Familiarity with B2B and wholesale business models and their technical implications.

Communication & Collaboration

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
