Responsibilities

  • Report to the solution head of North&South CHINA, Orange Business International
  • To lead the presales team support account team in southern CHINA
  • To develop detailed technical design which delivers customer requirement in southern China for the key accounts.
  • To support the Professional Services business development in southern CHINA


votre profil

Skill and experience

  • Broad telecommunication and ICT technology knowledge, CCIE > 20 years is preferred.
  • Experience and training in telecommunication and ICT products and services
  • Experience of service delivery in a global outsource environment
  • Experience of multi product service delivery environments
  • Strong customer facing and communication skills
  • Awareness of finance, commercial, and P&L management
  • Understand service delivery and service management processes
  • Relevant Degree with at least 10 years' of experience as technical consultant in ICT industry
  • Good knowledge on overall ICT services, with strong technical knowledge in large scale Enterprise IP Networking, Unified communication and (maybe) Security
  • Rich experience of prepare high/low level design, present and deliver solutions to clients
  • Strong communication and vendor management skills
  • Good customer service attitude and conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Good written and spoken English is an essential
  • Based in Shenzhen and willing to travel on short notice
