  1. Give support to B2B in English & French to provide by aiming for customer excellence on international perimeter
  2. Give support in B2C for French customers via phone and mails
  3. Daily ticket follow ups, providing daily updates to customers
  4. Handling Planned intervention and Incident management including Major Incidents
  5. Handle Service Request
  6. Handle escalations
  7. Work in team and in 24/7
  8. Work with different internal stakeholders, including Customer Service Managers, Level 2, Level 3 and third parties
  9. Handling any other projects related to IOT

 

 


votre profil

 

Degree Holder in IT Degree in :  IT Network , Telecommunication , Information System

experience in Helpdesk, orange solution

  1. Experience in Helpdesk, Orange solutions
  2. Time management, organizational and communication skills.
  3. Proactive, self-motivated and determined.
  4. Ability to build relationships with team located outside Mauritius
  5. Flexibility in work hours required
  6. Excellent communications skills.  Fluent in French (verbal and written)
  7. Experience :  12-18 months experience in a technical support role or Helpdesk.
