As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales activities to acquire new clients (Greenfield) and expand existing accounts (Brownfield). Working closely with Client Executives and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and support the growth of Orange Business’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Develop Opportunities: Build a qualified pipeline of prospects and opportunities through local campaigns, marketing initiatives, and outbound lead generation.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, assess the competitive landscape, and develop compelling solutions.
  • Proposal Management: Coordinate bid teams, define commercial strategies, and lead the creation of proposals that align with customer requirements.
  • Negotiations & Presentations: Lead complex negotiations, present value propositions clearly, and adapt proposals to meet client expectations.
  • Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to create new opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Solution Experts, Marketing, and Partner Teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in telecom, IT, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Ability to work across multicultural teams and international projects.
