About the Role
As a CX Solutions Expert, you will be the solution champion within the Europe region, focusing on designing and promoting best-in-class Customer Experience (CX) solutions. Your primary responsibility will be supporting presales activities, working closely with sales, consulting, projects, sourcing, product, and operations teams to develop tailored CX offerings that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CX solution workstreams from opportunity qualification to demonstration, design, and costing.
  • Engage directly with customers to assess requirements, present Orange services, and defend our solutions.
  • Develop and strengthen our Digital CX portfolio, including conversational AI, social engagement, and content marketing platforms, aiming to become the European market leader.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design optimized, cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Support account teams in identifying opportunities, participating in bid strategies, and providing guidance on solution design.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing solution design, positioning value-added features, and ensuring competitive differentiation.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, partner offerings, and evolving technologies to enhance our portfolio.
  • Represent Orange at customer meetings, presenting our strategy and portfolio value propositions.

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Extensive experience with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Webex, etc.), conversational AI, APIs, and voice services.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow), and customer data platforms.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with presales teams and promote product awareness through training and collaboration.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational awareness, and business acumen.
  • Skilled in project risk assessment, multi-vendor positioning, and market intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Contact Centre Consulting and/or presales.
  • Demonstrated resilience, results orientation, and personal credibility.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

  • Base salary from 1 640 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience. Please mind that the salary is only relevant for Slovakia Location.
