### About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee and support a team of Marketing Product Managers working within an Agile environment governed by SAFe principles. Your role is to provide strategic leadership, foster innovation, enable operational excellence, and drive results-oriented initiatives. You will be instrumental in aligning product teams with corporate objectives, promoting a culture of simplicity and platform-based solutions, and enabling disruptive marketing innovations.
Key Responsibilities
**Leadership & Team Development**
- Promote a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture aligned with Agile and SAFe practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across product teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
**Strategic Oversight & Governance**
- Define and implement strategic objectives for the product management teams, ensuring alignment with corporate vision.
- Oversee the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring focus on disruptive innovation, simplicity, and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to SAFe principles, supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitating effective planning and delivery cycles.
**Innovation & Market Focus**
- Encourage and support the teams in exploring breakthrough ideas and disruptive marketing solutions.
- Ensure that product strategies are customer-centric, market-driven, and aligned with emerging trends.
- Promote the adoption of a platform model to streamline product development and enhance scalability.
**Results & Performance Management**
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for the teams, tracking progress and ensuring delivery of measurable results.
- Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership and stakeholders.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Foster strong relationships with other departments (IT, Sales/Zones, Operations) to support integrated product development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to accelerate innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing teams within Agile and SAFe frameworks.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation, disruptive solutions, and results.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
